Aromatherapy Blend for Sinuses

Potion Master's Sinus Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 30 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
  • 26 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil
  • 4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Aromatherapy Inhaler or cotton ball

Directions:

Mix the blend well in an airtight dark glass bottle. Drop 2-3 drops on a cotton ball, raise the cotton ball to your nose and inhale.

Ingredients:

  • 1 fl. ounce Jojoba
  • 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 4 drops of Cypress Essential Oil
  • 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

Directions:

Mix well in an airtight dark container and gently massage a small amount into the abdominal area.
