Terms & Conditions

• Gift Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia
  Confirmed Bespoke Gift orders will be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays. However, delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2-3 working days.
• Gift Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
  All confirmed Gift orders to East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak) will be processed and delivered within 3-7 working days, Monday -  Friday, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays. Shipping periods may take longer for rural destinations.
• Next Business Day Delivery is not available for ALL Gift Orders.
• Asian Potions s unable to deliver gifts to an alternate address if an order includes products for personal usage and for gifting purposes. Only ONE (1) Gift Message and ONE (1) Delivery Address can be filled in per gift transaction.
• Delivery Addresses to recipient must be filled in completely and accurately as Asian Potions will not be liable for any delayed or missing deliveries.
