Ingredients:
- 1 fl. ounce of base oil such as sweet almond or jojoba oil
- 7 drops of Roman Chamomile
- 5 drops of Lavender
Directions:
Mix the oils well and add to a an airtight dark glass container. massage gently into the feet for a calming effect. Roman Chamomile has a strong sedative effect Hence it is advised not to drive or concentrate after using this blend.
For a diffuser blend, blend a ratio of 2 drops Roman Chamomile to 1 drop Lavender and add to your diffuser.
Insomnia Aromatherapy Recipe
It is good to know that aromatherapy cannot cure insomnia or its cause but serves a calming and relaxing purpose to aid you fall asleep faster and stay asleep until your intended sleeping time. Please consult your health physician to discuss your situation and recieve treatment for the root cause of insomnia.
If you are a victim of occasional insomnia or sleep distubances, consider the following tips:

Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Roman Chamomile
- 5 drops of Clary Sage
- 5 drops of Bergamot
Directions:
Blend the oils well in an airtight dark glass container. Drop 1-2 drops to a tissue and place inside your pillow to aid you in falling asleep.
Lavender oil can help provide relaxation and drowsiness, but using more than1-2 drops can have the opposite effect.
Aromatherapy Recipes to Boost Concentration and Memory
Within aromatherapy, Rosemary Essential Oil is generally regarded as the best for memory and concentration. Lemon, peppermint and cypress essential oils can also be helpful in staying focused and alert.

Potion Master's Memory and Concentration Recipe
Booster 1
- 3 drops of rosemary
- 2 drops Lemon
Booster 2
- 4 drops Cypress
- 1 drop Peppermint
Booster 3
- 1 drop Basil
- 2 drop Rosemary
- 2 drop Cypress
Booster 4
- 2 drop Peppermint
- 3 drop Lemon
Directions:
Blend the oils well by rolling it with your hands in an airtight dark glass container. Use it as a diffuser blend, bath oil, bath salts, massage oil or air freshener.
Diffuser Blend- Multiply your blend by 4 to obtain 20 drops and drop an adequate amount to your diffuser.
Bath oil- Multiply your blend by 3 to obtain a total of 15 drops and add it directly to your bath water.
Bath Salts-Multiply your blend by 4 to obtain total of 20 drops of your chosen blend. Add it into 3 cups of Himalayan Pink Salt, Sea Salt or Epsom Salt.
Massage Oil- Multiply your blend by 2 to obtain a total of 10 drops and add 1 fl. ounce of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil.
Air Freshener- Multiply your blend by 6 to obtain 30 drops and add it to your air freshener.
